We are looking for skilled and values-driven Team Leaders to join us at Key Care & Support. You will lead a staff team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for the wonderful people we support.

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour (*From April 2026)

You must have the following:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the health care field.
• Educated to NVQ level 3 or willing to work towards achieving it.
• Must have access to a car and possess a full driving licence.
• Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding for the needs of clients and their families.
• Capable of offering leadership, support, and supervision to a team.
